The Shakespeare Express is a regular summer Sundays only steam train service running between Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon.

As a subsidiary of the Birmingham Railway Museum Trust, ticket sales income is reinvested in running, maintaining and rebuilding historic engines, rolling stock and equipment kept at our home base - Tyseley Locomotive Works>>

We have an active supporters group called the Vintage Trains Society. Many members volunteer to help keep the trains running.
