It
is sometimes hard to believe that Vintage Trains is now
entering the tenth season of operating the Shakespeare
Express, and we have become extremely proud of 4965 Rood
Ashton Hall, which has borne the brunt of the operations
over this period. Since completing 4965 we have been steadily
working away on our last Barry Scrapyard hulk Earl of Mount
Edgcumbe. The restoration of this locomotive has become
without doubt the most thorough repair that has ever been
carried out on any GWR Castle during the preservation era,
and has consequently already occupied several years of our
spare time activities.

The fund, which was launched for the project has been well
supported by many of you and much has already been achieved
by the TLW team..........

prefer to make a regular donation by monthly standing order.
Please print off the donation form so that we can record
your donations, and if you are a UK taxpayer, this enables
us to reclaim tax paid on your subscription under the Gift
Aid concession as 7029 Clun Castle Limited is a registered
