The Equinox Explorer says goodbye to winter and hello to spring and provides something just a little bit different in the form of an evening of night time mainline GWR steam action. Come along and see for yourself how night time running accentuates the sights, sounds and smells of Swindon built 4-6-0 Hall Class loco No 4965 Rood Ashton Hall as it takes us on our circular tour of the East Midlands.

Taking the tried and tested circuit from Tyseley Warwick Road via Water Orton, Nuneaton, Leicester, Sheet Stores Jn, Stenson Jn, Tamworth, Water Orton and back to Tyseley Warwick Road, the train will pick up and set down at Tyseley Warwick Road and Coleshill Parkway with a leg stretch stop at Leicester.
